At Narrow Edge Innovations, we strive to provide exceptional service through our Neighborhood Clicks system. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel your subscription, and we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy to ensure a clear and fair process.
1. Cancellation Notice Period
Customers must provide a 30-day notice for cancellation of services. This notice period allows us to finalize any ongoing tasks and prepare for the termination of the service.
2. Contract Duration
- Month-to-Month Services: Our standard service is provided on a month-to-month basis. Customers can cancel at any time with the required 30-day notice.
- Financed Setup Fees: If a customer opts to finance their setup fees, they are required to sign a contract to accommodate the payment terms for the setup fees.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Setup Fees: Refunds for setup fees are permitted if the cancellation request is made prior to activation on the marketing platform. Once the customer has been activated on the platform, setup fees are non-refundable.
- Monthly Subscription Fees: Cancellations made after activation will allow continued use of the platform until the end of the month covered by the most recent payment. No refunds will be provided for the current month’s subscription fee.
4. Pro-rated Refunds
Pro-rated refunds are not available. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle following a cancellation request.
5. Early Termination Fees
There are no penalties or fees for early termination of a contract. However, refunds will not be issued for any services past activation.
6. Notice Method
To cancel services, customers must provide written notice via email to help@narrowedgeinnovations.com.
7. Final Invoice
Customers will receive their final bill through our normal billing system, and payments can be made online.
8. Service Downgrade
Customers have the option to downgrade their service plan. The downgrade will take effect at the beginning of the following billing cycle.
9. Refund Processing Time
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the refund request.
10. Special Circumstances
Any special circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair and appropriate handling.
11. Renewals
Our service operates on a monthly subscription basis and does not automatically renew beyond the current billing cycle once a cancellation request has been processed.
